The Coast to Coast walk is the U.K most popular long distance footpath, the walk was devised be renowned fell walker Alfred Wainwright, the walk is 190 mile long it. The walk starts from St Bees on the west coast Cumbria Coast finishing at Robin Hoods Bay on the East Coast North Yorkshire, the walk goes through 3 national parks, The Lake District going through secluded valleys, rugged mountain scenery with awe inspiring views that inspired poets/writers such as William Wordsworth  with Paramaniac views, the Yorkshire Dales with its high fells , its wonderful meadowland and picture postcard villages. And the North Yorkshire Moors with its heather clad  covered moorland, steam trains and fine coastal views and charming villages.
