Walk length 15.5 miles
From Arncliffe we walk up the Monks road to Middle House Farm from there we walk to Malham Tarn then pick up the Pennine Way and follow it all the way to the summit of Fountains Fell from there we descend towards Pen y gent then pick up a road then a track heading down into Litton from there we follow the river to the finish
